Affiliate Program Terms
Welcome to the Verbi One Affiliate Program. We’re excited to partner with creators, teachers, schools, and language-learning advocates who want to share Verbi One with their audiences.
By applying to or participating in the program through Tapfiliate, you agree to the following:
1. Program Approval
All affiliate applications are subject to approval by Verbi One. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
2. Eligible Commissions
Commissions are earned only on valid, completed purchases that are properly tracked through your affiliate link and approved by our system. No commission is paid on canceled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, or orders placed through misuse of the program.
3. Commission Rate and Payouts
The standard commission rate is 25% on eligible sales unless otherwise stated by Verbi One. Payout timing, payout method, and any minimum payout threshold will be shown in your Tapfiliate account. Verbi One may update program rates or payout terms at any time.
4. Honest Promotion Only
Affiliates must promote Verbi One truthfully and responsibly. You may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved claims about Verbi One, its products, features, results, or pricing.
5. Prohibited Promotion Methods
You may not use spam, unsolicited messaging, fake discounts, coupon abuse, fraudulent traffic, bots, misleading redirects, or any other deceptive marketing practice. You may not present yourself as Verbi One or imply that you are an employee, agent, or official representative of Verbi One.
6. Paid Ads and Brand Terms
You may not bid on “Verbi One,” “verbi.one,” or confusingly similar branded terms in paid advertising, domain names, or social handles without prior written permission.
7. Disclosure and Legal Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, advertising rules, and platform policies, including clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship where required, such as FTC endorsement disclosures.
8. Brand Assets
You may use approved Verbi One names, logos, and promotional materials only as provided or approved by us, and only for the purpose of promoting Verbi One accurately and lawfully.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Verbi One may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if these terms are violated or if activity is deemed harmful to the brand. Commissions connected to violations, abuse, or fraud may be withheld or canceled.
10. Program Changes
We may update these Terms of Use, commission structures, payout terms, or program rules at any time. Continued participation in the program means you accept those updates.
11. Independent Relationship
Affiliates are independent partners and not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of Verbi One.
